After working with the community and holding a public meeting Seattle Parks considered options in the Greenwood Phinney neighborhood. We are currently negotiating with a property owner on Greenwood.

Project Description

The Parks and Green Spaces Levy provides $24 million for the acquisition of neighborhood parks in up to 20 identified areas throughout the City. The Greenwood-Phinney Residential Urban Village was included in that list.
