Location: 1400 East Prospect Street in Volunteer Park

Project Status

Currently, the Seattle Art Museum is working on raising additional funding to supplement the levy funding.

1400 East Prospect Street in Volunteer Park
The Parks and Green Spaces Levy allocates $9 million dollars toward the renovation.

Project Description

This project will provide renovations to the Seattle Asian Art Museum including seismic and HVAC upgrades to allow continued use of the facility as a home for the Museum at Volunteer Park. This project will pay for approximately 40 percent of the total anticipated costs of the renovations.
