Barbecue on the grill or bring a picnic lunch, and enjoy the views to Lake Washington and the Cascade Mountains. The park will also include a large elephant sculpture in the children's play area. Acreage: 0.5HISTORYIn the 1990s, the Central Area neighborhood plan identified the need for a park in the Madison and 23rd Avenue area. The 2000 Pro Parks Levy included funds to acquire and develop a small park in the neighborhood. LOVE PARKS! You can make a tax deductible donation to this park through the Seattle Parks Foundation.
