HOURS4 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. ABOUT THE PARKMadrona Park and Beach is located on the waterfront on Lake Washington. The park include a wooded hillside that slopes down to a grassy beach and swimming area, where lifeguards are on duty in the summer. It also features a jogging path along Lake Washington and picnic areas. Madrona Dance Studio is in the south part of the park. Acreage: 31.2HISTORYThe park is named for the madrona trees at the lakeside. The Seattle Electric Company once operated a private trolley to the beach.
