SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS

Construction Alert

Construction will begin on the tennis court drainage renovation this week! The project is on schedule and we we anticipate completion for the project by June 27th,  just in time for tennis camp! We will keep you updated as construction progresses.

This project is funded by the new Seattle Park District funding. Thank you to the City residents for your support in this much needed maintenance renovation!

Laurelhurst Drainage Project

We anticipate awarding the contract in April with construction beginning in May. The project will be completed by June 24 for tennis camp opening.

Laurelhurst Playfield includes ball fields, tennis courts, a children's play area and meadows.

HISTORY

The land which would become Laurelhurst Playfield was set aside for park and playfield purposes in 1927.
