ABOUT THE PARK

Magnolia Park is on the Magnolia Bluff with a magnificent view of Puget Sound and many beautiful trees. A great place to picnic.

HISTORY

The Magnolia neighborhood and park were misnamed by a Navy geographer who wrongly identified the area's madrona trees as magnolias. The city bought the park in 1910.
