HISTORY

TT Minor Park was one of the first projects for the Citys "Grey to Green Initiative," a program charging the Parks Department to convert asphalt surfaces to green space for park use at selected school sites throughout the city. It is also a part of the Central Neighborhood Plan that includes projects for such neighborhoods as Capitol and Beacon Hills.
