HOURS4 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. ABOUT THE PARKRoanoke Park is a grassy, pleasant space located on north Capitol Hill where 10th Avenue E ends at E Roanoke. HISTORYThe original owners, David T. Denny and Henry Fuhrman, named the park after Roanoke, Virginia, the first English settlement in the United States.
