Acreage: 3.7HISTORYPurchased in 1969, Sandel was Greenwood's first playground. In a petition of the community, the playground was named in honor of Neil J. Sandel, a Greenwood District Community and Business leader, and former superintendent of Greenwood Ave Sewer District who spent much of his life in the greenhouse business.
