Wales to honor the late Assistant U.S. Attorney who lived on Queen Anne and was very involved in the community. Acreage: 1.3HISTORYSeattle Parks and Recreation worked with the Office of Arts and Cultural Affairs to select an artist to collaborate with the landscape architects in designing a site that can be used for recreation and open space as well as to promote the value of arts and culture.
