In 2011 the following two projects were completed: Ravenna-Eckstein Community Center gymnasium roof and the Meadowbrook Community Center Pool Roof. These roofs had been leaking for some time and if not repaired would have led to future water damage of interiors.

Ravenna-Eckstein Community Center construction was completed June 2011.

Meadowbrook Pool construction was completed April 2011.
