Seattle Parks and Recreation Public Involvement Process Audit Questionnaire
Seattle City Councilmember David Della asked the Office of City Auditor
to review and evaluate how well Seattle Parks and Recreation community
involvement processes have worked in the past and to identify possible
ways for Parks to make improvements.
Your responses will help the Office of City Auditor formulate recommendations
to the Mayor and the Parks Superintendent. A summary of questionnaire
results will be included in the Auditor's report to the City Council.
