MAYOR PROPOSES FEE TO DEVELOPERS FOR OPEN SPACE
Mayor Nickels is proposing a new fee on developers to help pay for parks
and open space in some of citys fastest-growing neighborhoods, including
downtown Seattle. This is a significant and far-reaching plan that will
help address the deficit of open space downtown and in other crowded urban
