CITY COUNCIL BUDGET PROCESS
I wanted to share with you the upcoming process for City Council review
of the Mayor's 2005-2006 Proposed Budget.
On Sept. 27, Mayor Greg Nickels submitted the budget to the City Council.
Councilmembers will review, discuss and vote on its elements by the end
of November.
The Council will hold two public hearings, TODAY, Thursday, Oct. 14,
at 5:30 p.m. and on Thursday, Nov. 4, at 5:30 p.m., in the
City Council Chambers at City Hall, 4th & James (enter on 5th between
James & Cherry).
