Tuesday thru Saturday
11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
24-hour security gate with tenant access
(Summer hours 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Memorial Day thru Labor Day)


ABOUT THE MOORAGE

There are 199 wet slips ranging from 24 ft to 38 ft and dry storage is available for small boats. Water is available at no additional charge. Power is available for an additional fee.

Currently there is a waiting list for moorage space. There is a $15.00 fee required with the wait list application. Please contact the moorage office for more information, or to get an application.

DIRECTIONS

From I-5

  • take the James Street exit and proceed east on James Street to Boren Ave.
  • Make a right hand turn onto Boren and proceed to Yesler.
  • Turn Left on Yesler and continue East
  • Turn Left onto 32nd Ave.
  • 32nd Ave becomes Lake Dell Ave
  • Lake Dell Ave becomes E Alder St
  • E Alder St will come to a T at Lake Washington Blvd.
  • Turn right onto Lake Washington Blvd.
  • Make an immediate left into the North Moorage parking lot,
    or
    continue south on Lake Washington Boulevard to the South Moorage parking lot.
