The Opportunity Fund
The Advisory Council Opportunity Fund is a grant fund created by the ARC
Board of Directors to accept voluntary contributions from member advisory
councils for the sole purpose of making strategic grant awards to member
advisory councils in support of programs, classes, activities and projects
that promote quality recreation programming in partnership with the City
