The newly remodeled Cowen Park Shelterhouse is located in a great neighborhood park. It is a marvelous location for hosting your company retreat, neighborhood association meeting or your next birthday. The Shelterhouse is a cozy space with a glass front facade that provides a wonderful view of the park. It is a very quaint and serene location.

Cowen Park features a children's playground, a large grass playfield, a natural flowing creek and acres of forest. It is close to a variety of amenities such as Whole Foods Market, Starbucks Coffee, Taco Del Mar and Subway located in Roosevelt Square.
