EVENTS:
On May 22, 2005 the 6th Avenue Pocket Park Association joined city
and county officials to celebrate the dedication of the newest community
space in this neighborhood.
Many families and children from the neighborhood had volunteered to
make the park a reality, and they came to celebrate. Bob The Juggler
entertained the kids, and there was live folk music for all ages.

GGLO was selected as designer after a rigorous consultant selection process.
GGLO's conceptual plan (see above) has evolved based on input from three

accessibility, neighborhood gathering area and interactive features for
children's play.
In addition, this project will have entry columns with tiles designed by

Stephen McClelland. They are also designing and fabircating sidewalk pavers
as well.
