April Pools Day

Keep your loved ones safe by learning the importance of a life jacket and how to properly use one. This FREE event takes place on Saturday, April 19, at various pools in Seattle. Incldudes free swim, raffles, and prizes!

Life Jacket Sales

Need to purchase a life jacket for the summer season? Come check out the annual low-cost life jacket sales events happening on April 19, May 17, June 21, July 19, and August 16, all from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m, at Evans Pool near Green Lake Community Center.

The person for whom the jacket is being purchased must be present for proper fitting. Sorry, no refunds or returns - all sales are final.

Women-Only Swimming

SuperheroSeattle Parks is offering something new at three pools. Medgar Evers, Southwest, and Meadowbrook pools will begin to offer women-only gender swimming and lessons to females ages twelve and up.

The program will include recreational and lap swimming all three pools, and swim lessons at Medgar Evers and Southwest. This program provides women a safe, private time to exercise and learn to swim.
