Below are all year end reports. The City's goal is to reduce our 2004 paper consumption levels (our baseline) by 15% in 2005, and 30% in 2006. The reports list departments alphabetically, and show the actual number of reams each department has used through a particular time period, as well as the percentage reduced from 2004 levels. The data comes from Fleets and Facilities, the department which orders all of the City's paper.
If you have any questions about the reports, please contact Shirli Axelrod (Seattle Public Utilities) or Dawn Blanch (Parks).
Note: Although departments are encouraged to purchase paper on a monthly basis, some prefer to place large orders only a few times a year. This skews the data slightly until it evens out by year's end.
