Queen Anne Street Repairs on Saturday

SEATTLE-SDOT crews will repair street pavement in the 1800 and 2100 blocks of Queen Anne Avenue North, and on West Olympic Place near Fifth Avenue West, on Saturday, January 31. They plan to start at 9 a.m. and complete work by 5 p.m. One lane of traffic in each direction will remain open on Queen Anne Avenue North, with on-street parking restricted. Only one lane of traffic will be open on West Olympic Place, assisted by traffic flaggers. Sidewalks will remain open at all locations. The work is needed to restore the pavement previously excavated for work on underground utilities.

The Seattle Department of Transportation builds, maintains and operates Seattle's $8 billion transportation infrastructure. To further Mayor Nickels’ goal to get Seattle moving, the department manages short- and long-term investments in streets, bridges, pavement and trees, that better connect the city with the region.
