Street Construction on Saturday, Nov 1

(SEATTLE)--SDOT paving crews will work at several locations on Saturday, November 1, to make pavement repairs:

Southbound SR99
Two southbound lanes on State Route 99 between S Lander and S Hanford streets will be closed on Saturday from 6 a.m. until no later than 6 a.m. on Sunday, to allow time for pavement to cure.

15th Avenue Northwest and Northwest 85th
SDOT crews will work on 15th Avenue Northwest at Northwest 85th Street in the left-hand turn lane for northbound traffic on Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Northbound traffic will not be able to turn left at this location

25th Avenue SW and SW Trenton Street
SDOT crews will work Saturday on 25th Avenue Southwest at Southwest Trenton Street starting at 9 a.m. Northbound traffic on 25th will be detoured at SW Henderson to 24th Avenue SW and returned to 25th at SW Trenton until 3 p.m. on Saturday. After 3 p.m. only the northbound curb lane on 25th will remain closed, and this lane will be opened by 5 a.m. on Sunday, to allow time for the pavement to cure.

The Seattle Department of Transportation builds, maintains and operates Seattle's $8 billion transportation infrastructure. To further Mayor Nickels’ goal to get Seattle moving, the department manages short- and long-term investments in streets, bridges, pavement and trees, that better connect the city with the region.
