SEATTLE – Seniors who have questions about estate planning including wills, powers of attorney and health care directives can receive guidance from the Senior Rights Assistance Program. Senior Rights Assistance is a program of Senior Services and is sponsored by the City of Seattle’s Mayor’s Office of Senior Citizens.

The program provides trained volunteers to assist with information about:

  • Estate planning
  • Guardianship
  • Landlord/tenant concerns
  • Elder law attorney referrals

The Senior Rights Assistance Volunteer sees clients by appointment on Wednesdays. To make an appointment with a Senior Rights Assistance volunteer at the Mayor’s Office for Senior Citizens, call 206-684-0500, or e-mail seniors@seattle.gov.
