Normal garbage collection in Seattle today
If your collection is missed, please leave your materials out for one more day
SEATTLE — Garbage, recycling, and food/yard waste are being picked up throughout the city this today, although some collection times could be delayed.
Customers whose collection is missed are asked to their materials out for one more day. If the materials still have not been collected by 5 p.m. Saturday, please bring them inside until your next regularly scheduled pickup day.

Christmas Day to impact to collection next week: No garbage, yard waste or recycling collections are scheduled in Seattle on Wednesday, Dec. 25. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday collections will be collected one day later that week due to the Christmas Day holiday. Please be sure to have your containers available by 7 a.m., to ensure collection.
