Electrical work begins at Loyal Heights Community Center
Eltech Electric will upgrade and replace major electrical components at Loyal Heights Community Center beginning the week of November 18. Work at the Loyal Heights Community Center, 2101 NW 77th St., is expected to be completed by early 2014.

All construction work will be done outside of community center hours to help eliminate the disturbance of programs and facility use. Parks anticipates keeping the center open with no disruption of service.

The Loyal Heights Community Center building improvements are funded by inflation savings from the Parks and Green Spaces Levy. The Oversight Committee received City Council approval to use Levy inflation funding for 17 much needed major maintenance projects.
