Seattle Parks host second public meeting for the John St Enhancement project

The community is invited to participate in the second public meeting for the John St Enhancement project on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the second floor meeting room at the Capitol Hill Branch Library at 425 Harvard Ave E.

Seattle Parks will present the current plan, budget and schedule for the project located at Summit Ave E. and E. John Street. The preferred alternative plan includes additions of green spaces and changes to parking and traffic flow. Information will be shared related to Seattle Department of Transportation, Seattle Fire Department and other City Departments.

The meeting will be an opportunity for the public to provide input, feedback and comments on the specific design elements. Staff will be on-site to discuss current plans and answer questions.
