SEATTLE — Seattle City Light will be cancelling a planned outage scheduled for Ambaum Boulevard customers this Wednesday, Jan. 16. This will be the second planned outage cancellation this week due to inclement weather conditions.
The affected outage area was supposed to take place along Ambaum Blvd SW between SW 132nd St. and SW 139th St.
Seattle City Light will not be turning off power in those affected areas.
Customers should expect to receive a new door hanger with the future outage date.
If you have questions or concerns, please contact Seattle City Light’s contractor, Bill Evans, at (206) 249-6074.
Seattle City Light is the 10th largest public electric utility in the United States. It has some of the lowest-cost customer rates of any urban utility, providing reliable, renewable and environmentally responsible power to nearly one million Seattle area residents. City Light has been greenhouse gas neutral since 2005, the first electric utility in the nation to achieve that distinction.
