Mayor McGinn's statement on Council adoption of Rental Housing legislation

"This legislation is a good example of our city coming together to address a serious challenge and create a solution that fits Seattle. I applaud the City Council and city staff for working to protect the health and safety of renters in Seattle. I especially thank Councilmembers Licata, Bagshaw and Clark for their leadership on the Council through this process. I am pleased with the work we have done to listen to members of the public and stakeholders in the rental housing community."
