Seattle Parks and Recreation is getting ready for adult fall sports –what’s yours?
Join a team, get fit, have fun!

Seattle Parks and Recreation offers a great array of adult sports for the fall – women’s basketball, co-ed volleyball, men’s and co-ed flag football, co-ed softball and co-ed dodgeball.

Women’s Basketball League
Calling all women! Sign up now for Seattle Parks and Recreation’s finest Women’s Recreational Basketball League. This competitive quality league offers women an opportunity to showcase their skills, sportsmanship and passion for the game. There are eight games guaranteed. League play begins September 3. Games take place at Green Lake Community Center, 7201 E Green Lake Dr. N, from 6 - 9 p.m. Please call 206-684-7092 or email antoinette.daniel@seattle.gov to enter as a team or individual. 
Cost: $599 per team   Individual: $86
Days: Mondays    Dates: September 10 – November 5

Women’s Basketball League
Thursdays are ladies’ nights at Jefferson Community Center, 3801 Beacon Ave. S. Women with a competitive spirit and love for the game can play in a structured recreational basketball league. Games are from 6:15 – 9:15 p.m. at Jefferson Community Center or Mercer Middle School, 1600 S Columbian Way on Beacon Hill. League play begins on September 13. Co-ed Volleyball League
This recreation level league is for players who are looking to enjoy volleyball without an
intimidating atmosphere or attitude. The league consists of three women minimum and
three men maximum; double elimination play gives players an opportunity to play volleyball in a fun and controlled environment in our spacious indoor facilities. Games are from 6 - 9 p.m. at Miller Community Center, 330 19th Ave. E. League play begins Sept 17.

Men’s Flag Football League
The Fall League is offered September 16 – November 18. League games are at Riverview Playfield, 7226 12th Ave. SW, on Sundays, starting at varying times from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Cost is $635 with an eight game guarantee, and ALL teams make the playoffs! The 1st place team will receive a trophy, t-shirt and bragging rights! Co-ed Flag Football League
The co-ed Fall League is offered September 16 – November. Adult players and teams can now enjoy a Summer/Fall Co-ed Softball League on either Tuesday or Thursday nights at Lower Woodland Playfield #3. There are nine games total. The top two teams with the best record will receive trophies and the 1st place team will receive t-shirts and bragging rights. Games start at 6 p.m., 7:30 p.m. or 9 p.m. from August 14 – October 11. Adult Dodgeball League
Attention South Park! Lace up your tennis shoes because dodgeball has arrived in your neighborhood. The league consists of a minimum of three women and a maximum of three men on the court. Grab your friends, family members and neighbors. Have fun while working out. Games are played on Thursdays at 6:30pm, 7:15pm and 8pm at the South Park Community Center, 8319 8th Ave. S.
