The International District/Chinatown Community Center Hosts Two New Exciting Programs
The International District/Chinatown Community Center and the Associated Recreation Council (ARC) offer two new fitness programs this summer. Both classes are offered for people 18 and older from 11:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. The classes will help keep you healthy and fit.
A Circuit Training class is being offered on Wednesdays. Come workout during your lunch hour in our new circuit training class where you'll rotate from one piece of exercise equipment to another to get a whole body workout. Learn to use the treadmill, elliptical, bike and free weights to get the best workout of the day. Licensed trainer will be on hand to guide you through your workouts. Two Sessions are available July 11 – August 1 and August 8 – August 28. The cost per session is $35.00.
Or sign up for Lunch Time Boot Camp on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is an intense 30-45 minute workout. The fitness class will help you gain muscle strength, increase endurance, and lose weight while keeping you engaged. Classes will meet at the community center and use the International District/Chinatown neighborhood as your exercise arena. Get to know the neighborhood in a fun and exciting way while accomplishing your fitness goals. Two sessions are available July 10 – August 2 and August 7 –August 30. The cost per session is $50.00
