City activates Emergency Operations Center
Activation to monitor evening commute

SEATTLE – The Emergency Operations Center began a limited activation at 4 p.m. today to respond to ongoing public safety concerns in downtown Seattle. The Emergency Operations Center will be open through the evening commute.

The Joint Information Center is open, but until further notice we are asking press to direct all inquiries to the SPD Media Line at (206) 684-5520.
