SDOT to Repair Duwamish Trail in South Park

SEATTLE-SDOT’s paving crews will repair a segment of the Duwamish Trail along SR 99 in South Park, from South Trenton Street, to South Henderson Street. They will repair the pavement where it has been damaged by tree roots. The trail will be closed while they work, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesday, September 1 to Thursday, September 3. When the trail is closed, bicyclists and pedestrians can use nearby side streets.

The Seattle Department of Transportation builds, maintains and operates Seattle's $12 billion transportation infrastructure. To further Mayor Nickels’ goal to get Seattle moving, the department manages short- and long-term investments in streets, bridges, pavement and trees, that better connect the city with the region.
