Aug. 30, 2013 – City of Seattle selects SRG Partnership to lead the architecture and engineering design team, begins contract negotiations.
June 27, 2013 – City of Seattle issued a "Request for Qualifications" (RFQ) to select an architecture and engineering (A&E) design team to join the City's project team in 2013.
