The Central Neighborhood Service Center is located in Suite 208 inside the Promenade 23 Shopping Center. From the shopping center's large parking lot, walk past the dry cleaners into the alcove next to the karate studio.

Monday to Friday: 9am - 4pm

Saturday: 9am - 5pm

This center accepts first time applications and applications for expedited processing. Please allow six weeks for regular processing or two weeks for expedited processing. There is an additional fee for expedited processing. For more information, call (206) 615-0725. To download a passport application, click here.

NOTE: Credit cards are not accepted for passport application processing. Please bring a check or money order.
