Magistrates hear minor traffic offenses, parking violations, and other ordinance violations.

NOTE: Hearing requests must be made in writing following the instructions on the citation. Please do not send hearing requests to the Neighborhood Service Center.

PASSPORT APPLICATIONS

Monday to Friday: 9am - 4pm

This center accepts first time applications, renewals, and applications for expedited processing. Please allow six weeks for regular processing or two weeks for expedited processing. NOTE: Credit cards are not accepted for passport application processing. Please bring a check or money order.
