New Residential Utility Accounts:

New Requirement.
As a result of new federal law, beginning May 1, 2009, the City of Seattle will verify the identity of anyone opening a new residential utility account. Several forms of government-issued photo identification are acceptable and verification can be done via fax, U.S. mail or in person at several locations throughout Seattle.

MUNICIPAL COURT MAGISTRATE (Tuesdays only)

Magistrates hear minor traffic offenses, parking violations, other ordinance violations. NOTE: Hearing requests must be made in writing following the instructions on the citation. (Please do not send hearing requests to the Neighborhood Service Center.)

PASSPORT APPLICATIONS

(9:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday to Friday). 
10 am - 2 pm on Saturday.
 

This center accepts first time applications, renewals, and applications for expedited processing. Allow six weeks for regular processing or two weeks for expedited processing.
