NMF Online Application
Seattle Department of Neighborhoods uses a web-based application and fund management system. All applications are submitted online. With this system, applicants can:

![]() How to Apply for NMF Funds
NOTE: SAVE your work as you go. You can logout and return to edit your application at any time. STEP 1: Go to webgrants.seattle.gov and login using your ID and password.
STEP 2: Go to Funding Opportunities and click on the NMF fund you want to apply for. STEP 3: Click on Start a New Application. STEP 4: Enter the Project Title; click on Save (upper right corner of screen). STEP 5: Click on Go to Application Forms (right-hand side). STEP 6: Complete each application section. Click Save after entering new data or when changes are made. Click the Mark as Complete link after you complete each section. Note: All sections must be marked complete in order to submit your application. STEP 7: Click the Preview link to view the application.![]() How to Submit an Application
STEP 1: STEP 1: Review each application section to verify that all the information is correct.
STEP 2: Ensure all sections are Marked as Complete. STEP 3: Go to the Application Forms page and click the Submit link. STEP 4: Confirm that you want to submit by clicking OK when prompted. Make sure to submit your application by 5 pm on the assigned deadline date. PLEASE NOTE: Once submitted, changes cannot be made to the application.
