SEATTLE -- Celebrate Seattle's 16th annual Neighbor Appreciation Day, a special day to reach out to neighbors and express thanks to all who help make your neighborhood a great place.  Community organizations, businesses and residents across Seattle are planning events to celebrate February 6.  For more information, visit www.seattle.gov/neighborhoods/appday.
