Just down Rainier Avenue, CHAMPS was holding its “For Youth By Youth” Anti-Violence Community Resource Conference. Dozens of local youth chose to spend a sunny Saturday attending workshops and watching youth performances with an anti-violence theme. The energy was high and the spirit was happy and collaborative in this community-focused event. The photos show some of the participants and activities of the day.
