Policy Framework
The LOC has adopted a
policy framework for renewal of the levy, which was developed
with expert and community input. It outlines the goals of the
levy, the role of the City of Seattle and the potential strategic
areas of investment. The policy framework also lists the desired
outcomes from levy investments and expectations for accountability.
