2009 Neighbor Appreciation Day Student Art Contest Winners and Honorable Mentions

For the 2009 Neighbor Appreciation Day Student Art Contest, there were over 200 entries from 20 schools, child care centers, community programs, and home schools. Two winners were chosen for the Gold Award:  Samara Haq and Gerald Tolentino.
