Upgrade essential utilities to provide for growth
Aging utilities are already overdue for replacement and more capacity is needed to keep up with present growth.

The Mayor's Strategy:
  • Integrate Seattle City Light and Seattle Public Utility in transportation development to ensure electrical, sewer, water and drainage are upgraded to meet the growing demand.
