Report on Clean Seattle Initiative

 

80th Clean & Green Seattle - Maple Leaf Playground

On Saturday, March 29, 2008, Seattle Public Utilities Ron Harris-White Clean & Green Seattle Coordinator, on behalf of Mayor Greg Nickels, led more than volunteers to spread gravel, plant trees and pick up litter.

Volunteers were given home energy kits. Seattle City Light, Seattle Parks and Recreation, and Seattle Department of Transportation and Seattle Public Utilities also assisted in the effort. Photos were taken.
