Proposed 2017 Rates

A 1.5% RSA surcharge is currently in effect

2017 Proposed Rates: Changes from 2016 Adopted rates

City Council is scheduled to vote on the approval of these rates on October 3. If approved, these rates would become effective January 1, 2017 and represent an average rate increase of 5.6% system-wide. The table below summarizes average rate increases by customer class. These increases DO NOT include any RSA surcharges.
