City Light rates effective January 1, 2016 represented an average rate increase of 4.9% system-wide. The table below summarizes average rate increases by customer class.

Budgeting for your 2016 electricity bills?

It might also be helpful to add an additional 1% to your estimate to account for the BPA pass-through enacted on October 1, 2015. There is also the possibility of an RSA surcharge triggering later this year.
