Payment plan requests can be made using the Payment Plan Enrollment form on the Utility Services Website. The Payment Plan Enrollment form will offer options for paying your bill in smaller payments. You can request a Payment Plan for any Seattle City Light account linked to your Utility Services Website account profile.
