REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

The City of Seattle, Seattle City Light and Seattle Public Utilities Departments is requesting information from prospective third party vendors who process credit and debit card payment transactions using telephone touch tone technology, accessing an 800 number, and interfacing with an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. The City utility departments, Seattle City Light and Seattle Public Utilities, is requesting information on the technology and financial responsibilities associated with a telephone payment processing programs to make recommendations on future directions of new programs.
