SEATTLE - Power has been restored for all but 12 of the 2,986 City Light customers on Beacon Hill who lost their power this morning at 1:27 a.m.
The outage was caused by a large tree falling onto wires and blocking all four lanes of So. Columbian Way. Two transformers are being replaced and it is currently estimated that power will be fully restored by 6 p.m.
