POWER RESTORED FOR MOST ON BEACON HILL
SEATTLE - Power has been restored for all but approximately 299 of the 2,986 City Light customers on Beacon Hill and South Seattle who lost their power this morning at 1:27 a.m. The Veterans Administration Medical Center is among those whose power is back on.
The outage was caused by downed wires at two locations and City Light workers are continuing their repairs. It is currently estimated that power will be fully restored by noon.
The area now affected is bordered on the north by So. Hinds St., on the south by So. Ferdinand St, between 4th Ave. So. and Martin Luther King Way So.
