POWER RESTORED FOR MANY ON CAPITOL HILL, NEW OUTAGE
IN SHORLINE/LAKE FOREST PARK
SEATTLE - Power has been restored for more than half of the 3,048 City Light customers in the Capitol Hill and Madrona neighborhoods who lost power at 12:26 this afternoon. Approximately 1,258 remain without power, which is expected to be restored by 8 p.m.. The cause of this outage was line down near 31st Ave. E. and E. Pine Street.
The outage stretches from Lake Washington to 30th Ave. E., between E. Arlington Pl on the south and 35th Ave. E. on the north.
Approximately 2,552 customers in Shoreline and Lake Forest Park lost power at 2:39. The cause and estimated time of restoration are currently unknown.
The boundaries of this outage are N.E. 185th St. on the north, N.E. 120th St. on the south, 35th Ave. N.E. on the east and Corliss Ave. N. on the west.
