Power restored in South Seattle and Burien
SEATTLE - An outage that began at 12:35 a.m. in south Seattle in the Highland Park neighborhood and stretched into Burien with more than 3,000 customers out has now been fully restored. Crews on the scene report a tree in power lines was the cause. The original boundaries of the outage were:

S: SW 167th St
E: 4th Av S
W: Puget Sound
